blossoms are rotting on my zucchini need advice

When I was checking my garden last night, I saw that the blossoms on some of my zucchini and summer squash are rotting. We have had an unusual amount of rain this past week or so, and I'm wondering if that has something to do with it. I was wondering if anyone has any advice as how to handle this.
